摘要
目的寻找一定的盐酸浓度范围,与一定浓度的还原剂组成最佳配合来适应涉水产品和食品中锡的测定。方法选择1%~5%盐酸,还原剂为1%~2%硼氢化钾,分别组成5%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,5%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,4%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,4%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,3%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,3%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,2%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,2%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,1%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,1%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,测定相同标准系列中的锡。再选择2%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,1%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾组合分别测定2个标准点(1.00μg/L、5.00μg/L)6次,以检验结果的准确度及精密度。结果用1%~2%盐酸,与1%硼氢化钾组合测定标准系列中锡荧光度值较高,相关系数(r)为0.999 4~0.999 6,结果满意。结论选用2%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,1%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾测定标准系列中锡及2个标准点(1.00μg/L、5.00μg/L),荧光度值高,结果重复性好,准确度高,精密度好。
Objective Search for a certain range of concentration of hydrochloric acid to compose an optimum proportion with chemical reductant to accommodate the determination of tin in foods and aquatic products. Methods Hydrochloric acid with concentration of 1%-5% and potassium borohydride with concentration of 1%-2% as the reductant were used to compose different proportions to determine tin in standard series,with the proportions as the followings: 5% hydrochloric acid-2% potassium borohydride,5% hydrochloric acid-1% potassium borohydride,4% hydrochloric acid-2% potassium borohydride,4% hydrochloric acid-1% potassium borohydride,3% hydrochloric acid-2% potassium borohydride,3% hydrochloric acid-1% potassium borohydride,2% hydrochloric acid-2% potassium borohydride,2% hydrochloric acid-1% potassium borohydride,1% hydrochloric acid-2% potassium borohydride,1% hydrochloric acid-1% potassium borohydride. 2% hydrochloric acid-1% potassium borohydride and 1% hydrochloric acid-1% potassium borohydride were used to detect 2 standard points( 1. 00 μg/L,5. 00 μg/L) for 6 times,so as to test the accuracy and precision of the results. Results 1%-2%hydrochloric acid mixed with 1% potassium borohydride were used to determine tin,which will have higher fluorescence value,with the correlative coefficient( r) within 0. 999 4-0. 999 6. Conclusion 2% hydrochloric acid with 1% potassium borohydride or 1% hydrochloric acid with 1% potassium borohydride to determine tin and 2 standard points( 1. 00 μg/L,5. 00 μg/L)has high fluorescence degree,fine repetition,good accuracy and precision.
