摘要 周围神经损伤的治疗手段层出不穷,但效果并不能令人满意。如何治疗周围神经损伤,促进损伤神经的再生,一直是近年来的研究热点。随着分子生物学研究的飞速发展,基因工程在周围神经损伤的治疗领域表现出广阔的前景。基因工程技术可利用载体工具将有特定功能的基因导入靶细胞,并使其在神经损伤部位持续表达,为受损神经性的再生提供条件,进而达到治疗效果。该文着重就神经营养因子、目的基因、载体工具、靶细胞等4个方面介绍近年来关于基因工程应用于治疗周围神经损伤的研究情况。 The therapies for peripheral nerve injuries have been emerging continuously,though the effect is still not satisfactory. The therapy of peripheral nerve injury and promotion of nerve regeneration has been a hotspot in the research field in recent years. With the rapid development of research on molecular biology, the genetic engineering shows broad prospects in therapy of peripheral nerve injury. Genetic engineering can pro- vide conditions for the regeneration of injured nerve by transferring genes that bestow particular function to target cells and making them express constantly in the peripheral nervous system. Here is to introduce the latest progress of the application of genetic engineering in the therapy of peripheral nerve injury from the 4 aspects of neurotrophic factors, target genes, vectors and target ceils.
