摘要
目的:探讨电刺激治疗对尾神经损伤大鼠神经功能恢复的促进作用。方法:20只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为2组:治疗组与非治疗组(n=10),通过钳夹损伤建立尾神经不全损伤模型,给予治疗组尾神经电刺激治疗,每日10min,连续2周;非治疗组尾神经不予电刺激治疗。比较治疗组与非治疗组尾神经传导速度(NCV)与动作电位波幅改善程度。结果:治疗组和非治疗组尾神经NCV恢复率分别为17±4%和8±4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和非治疗组尾神经动作电位波幅恢复率分别为314±106%和205±83%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对活体动物不全损伤的周围神经给予电刺激治疗能有效促进神经功能恢复。
Objective: To explore the active role of electrical stimulation therapy in promoting neural function recovery of injured rat's coccygeal nerve. Methods: Twenty healthy male Wistar rats were divided into two groups randomly: the treated group and the non-treated group (n=10) . Incomplete coccygeal nerve injury model were established by crush lesion. Electrical stimulation therapy was given to the treated group with 10 minutes per day for 2 weeks and no electrical stimulation was given to the non-treated group. The improvement degree of nerve conduction velocity ( NCV ) and action potential amplitude in the treated group was compared with the non-treated group. Results: The recovery rates of coccygeal nerve NCV in the treated group and the non-treated group were 17 + 4 % and 8 + 4 % individually. There was a significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05) . The recovery rates of coccygeal nerve action potential amplitude in the treated group and the non- treated group were 314 +_ 106 % and 205 +_ 83 % individually. There was a significant difference between two groups (P〈0.05) . Conclusions: Electrical stimulation therapy for living animals can effectively enhance the neural function reparation of incompletely injured peripheral nerves.
