卓越工程师培养模式要求高校教师及时更新教学方法、合理定位角色、提高自身的教学能力和综合素质。教师采用启发式、互动式和案例式教学方法,把自身角色转变为启发者、参与者和分析者,提高学生学习能力、工程能力和团队协作能力的同时有效推进教学改革的进行。
Excellent engineer training mode requires university teachers to update teaching methods, reasonably locate the role, improve their teaching ability and overall quality. Teachers use heuristic, interactive and case-based teaching methods to change their role as inspirer, participants and analysts, improve students' learning ability, engineering capabilities and team collaboration capabilities while effectively promote teaching reform.
