摘要
新型创新微波技术人才的培养对促进我国在高精尖微波科技领域的发展意义深远.根据多年指导大学生创新项目的经验,分析了西南大学现行培养体制下微波技术人才培养存在的主要问题,剖析了实践创新项目对提高微波技术人才创新实践能力的必要性,提出了以开展科技创新项目和参与科研项目为核心的教学培养模式和具体改进措施.
Training talent with innovative spirit in the high-tech field of sophisticated microwave technology has far-reaching implications for promoting it's the technology development.Based on experience obtained by directing the student innovation project over the past few years,the main problems of talent training in the field of microwave technology were analyzed and the necessity of carrying out practical innovation project to improve the practical ability of student was explored.Some effective measures and training models were proposed to enhance their creative spirit and ability by means of carrying out scientific and technological innovation projects and participating in research projects.
