摘要
根据VS1型高压断路器弹簧操动机构的分闸运动原理,考虑超行程运动阶段,改进能量法,建立高压断路器弹簧操动机构的运动方程。为了控制分闸过程,以给定的分闸特性曲线为目标,以分闸弹簧、分闸拉杆和连杆长度为优化参数,对分闸性能进行优化。然后使用ADAMS建立弹簧操动机构的动力学模型,对优化前后的机构性能进行对比。仿真结果表明,改进后的能量法能够准确分析整个分闸过程,优化方法能够从整体上改进弹簧操动机构的运动特性。
According to the principle of opening operation of VS1 high voltage circuit breaker, a mathematical model of the spring actuator for the circuit breaker is set up with the consideration of excess of stroke. A systematic optimization of the spring, pull rod and length of links is performed and applied to a simplified mechanism of the circuit breaker for optimizing opening performance. A dynamic model of the spring actuator is then established with the muhi-body dynamics program ADAMS. Simulation results reveal that the excess of stroke significantly influences the opening performance, and the optimization method can improve the overall dynamic performance of the spring actuator.
