摘要
针对高压断路器弹簧操动机构中储能机构的设计问题。设计了一种新的棘轮机构,为使整个机构结构紧凑,手动、电动两套储能机构的棘爪互为止动棘爪。通过分析,得出了互为止动棘爪的棘轮机构棘爪的配置结果。
In this paper,on the basis of some design problems of the energy storage mechanisms in the high-voltage circuit breakers’s spring operating mechanisms, An new ratchet mechanism is designed. In this mechanism,one of energy storage mechanisms is manual operation’s,other one is motor-driven operation’s.In order that the whole energy storage mechanisms are compactly laid out,pawls of two energy storage mechanisms are designed to mutual stop motion’s pawls. A rational distribution of mutual stop motion’s pawls is obtained by means of discussion.
