摘要
依据按输出力(力矩)特性设计机构的理论,通过利用计算数学的方法,探讨了用该理论设计凸轮机构、连杆机构时对机构性能的影响以及实用范围,并根据机构固有的特性对结果进行了分析.研究表明:通过不同的设计方法,可以得到一些一致的结果,但由于设计的出发点不同,也会出现一些不同的结果.按不同的方法进行机构设计时,也存在着不同的实用范围.
According to the theory of mechanism designing on the basis of mechanism’s force (moment) output characteristics as well as employing the computational mathematics,the influence of using this design theory on the characteristics of cam and linkage mechanisms and their application area as well is discussed.The result is analyzed according to the intrinsic characteristics of the mechanisms.It is shown by the investigation that some consistent results can be achieved even by using different design methods.Naturally,some different results may appeared also due to different starting points of different design schemes,so that their application area will be different,also.
