摘要
针对断路器底盘车机械寿命试验采用人力操作耗时长、费力多等问题,设计了一种全自动断路器底盘车机械寿命试验系统。该系统由支架单元、控制系统和可拆卸连接轴套装置组成,采用伺服控制原理实现断路器底盘车机械操作摇入摇出的自动运行及控制,可根据旋转圈数、动作时间或辅助开关状态信号对工作位置/试验位置进行精准判定,并可依据扭矩、旋转圈数以及动作时间进行多重保护,适用于各种型号的中置式高压开关柜。实验结果表明,该系统从根本上解决了机械寿命试验中人力操作耗时长、易受不稳定因素影响等问题,极大的提高了试验效率,在中置式高压开关柜机械寿命试验领域具有里程碑意义。
In order to solve problems of manual operations,such as long time and much effort,an automatic mechanical endurance test system for circuit breaker handcart has been designed.The system consists of support unit,control system and dismountable coupling axle sleeve devices.The servo control principle is adopted to realize automatic operation and control of rolling in and out of circuit breaker handcart.The working position or test position can be determined accurately according to rotation turns,the action time or the status signal of auxiliary switch.The system can be protected multiply based on the torque,rotation turns and the action time,and is suitable for all kinds of intermediate high voltage switchgears.Experimental results show that the system solves fundamentally problems of manual operations in the mechanical endurance test which are time-consuming and easy to be affected by human unstable factors,and improves greatly the test efficiency.It has great significance in the field of mechanical endurance test of intermediate high voltage switchgear.
