摘要
高职生职业核心竞争力由专业知识和技术、学习能力和发展潜力、创新创造能力、职业素质这几方面构成。学生社团是学生提升职业核心竞争力的重要途径。高职院校的社团建设现状不容乐观,学生自信不足、参与度减弱、自主能力低、专业型人文型社团数量稀缺、可持续力不强等决定了必须加强特色社团建设来提升高职生的职业核心竞争力。主要途径为做好顶层设计统筹各类社团、将社团活动与学校活动相结合、将导师制与社团自主机制相结合、加强专业型社团与人文型社团建设等。
The core occupational competitiveness of higher vocational college students consists of professional knowledge and skills,learning capacities and potential,creative and innovative abilities and occupational qualities. One important way to improve students＇ core occupational competitiveness is student organizations. But the construction of student organizations in higher vocational colleges is not going well with the problems of lack of confidence, low level of participation, low autonomy,a small number of professional and humanist organizations and weak sustainability. All these require that we strengthen the construction of student organizations to improve the core occupational competitiveness of college students. The specific ways are suggested as follows： to improve the top management so as to make an overall planning for all organizations, to integrate the organizational activities with those of the campus ,to integrate the tutorial system with the autonomous management system and to increase professional and humanist organizations.
