摘要
高职生职业素质的提升是高职生和高职院校提升核心竞争力的关键要素。职业素质的提升中蕴藏着区域文化的各种因素。基于高职生职业素质提升的区域文化传扬路径有:通过校园文化传承传统区域文化;通过现代文化创新区域文化内涵;通过文化育人模式联动校区文化;通过校园文化杂糅增强文化融合与适应。
Higher vocational students＇ professional quality is the key factor to improve the core competitiveness of higher vocational college students and higher vocational colleges. There are various factors of regional culture in the promotion of professional quality. The regional cultural spread path based on the promotion of Higher Vocational College Students＇ professional quality is very valuable,such as,inherit the traditional regional culture through the campus culture;innovate the regional culture through the education mode; link campus culture and the regional culture through cuhural and educational mode; enhance adaptation through the campus cultural hybridity.
