摘要
目的考察大学生职业价值观与自我同一性发展特点及二者的关系,了解同一性发展水平对择业价值倾向是否有预测作用。方法采用大学生职业价值观调查问卷和同一性地位测定量表对内蒙古地区425名本、专科大学生进行调查。结果大学生的职业价值观在发展因素上得分(3.82±0.66)最高,其次是保健因素(3.60±0.69),声望因素得分(2.92±0.82)最低。大学生自我同一性的得分在将来的自我投入愿望上(17.67±3.07)最高,其次是现在的自我投入得分(17.51±3.23),最后为过去的危机得分(15.80±2.85)。发展因素与现在的自我投入、过去的危机和将来的自我投入的愿望都存在非常显著的正相关(P值均<0.01),声望因素只与将来的自我投入的愿望呈显著的正相关(P<0.05),而保健因素只与过去的危机存在显著的正相关(P<0.01)。结论大学生自我同一性的发展在一定程度上可预测个体的职业价值观。
Objective To explore the developmental trait of vocational value and self-identity of college students and the relationship between them, and to find that whether self-identity has prediction on vocational value. Methods 425 college students from Inner Mongolia were investigated with the vocational values scale and self-identity inventory. Results The score of vocational value was highest on development factor ( 3.82 ± 0.66 ) then was security factor ( 3.60 ± 0.69 ) and the last one was prestige ( 2.92 ± 0.82 ). The score of self-identity was highest on desire ( 17.67 ± 3.07 ) then was commitment ( 17.51 ± 3.23 ) and the last one was crisis ( 15.80 ± 2.85 ). Development factor strongly correlated with commitment, crisis and desire ( P 〈 0.01 ). Prestige positively correlated with desire and security positively correlated with crisis ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The degree of development in self-identity of college students can predict their occupation values.
