摘要
大学文化和核心竞争力理论是当代教育学和管理学相互交融的最新成果,大学核心竞争力的本质是大学内在特有的文化。特色文化是大学持续发展的战略资源,要提升大学核心竞争力,就必须塑造大学特色文化,即创建大学特色理念文化,创新大学特色制度行为文化,创设大学特色形象文化。塑造大学特色文化不仅能够优化组合大学竞争力诸要素的素质与功能,实现大学文化创新,进而提升大学核心竞争力。
University culture and core competitiveness are the newest outcome mingled modern pedagogy with management, and the essence of university core competitiveness is special university culture. Special culture is a strategic resource of constant development for the university. To improve core competitiveness of the university, we must build special university culture, i.e. creating special concept culture, innovating special system and action culture, and establishing special image culture. Hence, establishing special university culture means to optimize and combine quality and hmction of all dements on university competitiveness, to realize cultural innovation, and to improve its core competitiveness.
