摘要
地方高校特色文化的构建要植根于地域文化之中。皖北高校在构建特色文化过程中应充分考虑皖北文化特征,结合皖北文化现状和皖北高校文化建设现状,挖掘皖北文化资源,在办学理念、办学思路、特色人才培养、学科专业建设、学术文化研究、校园环境文化建设、大学生文化活动等方面充分融合皖北文化资源,找准皖北文化和皖北高校特色文化构建的契合点,实现二者的良性互动和发展。
The development of cultural characteristics of local colleges and universities is rooted in local or regional culture. In building cultural characteristics, colleges and universities should fully consider Northern Anhui cultural features, Northern Anhui cultural status quo, and focus upon Northern Anhui cultural resources in educational philosophy and educational ideas, special personnel training, discipline construction, academic and cultural research, campus environment culture, cultural activities and other aspects, identify the joint point of the characteristical culture of North Anhui and the cultural construction of colleges and universities in the North Anhui, realizing the benign interaction and development of the two.
