基于职业素养视角的高职教育课程改革探究 被引量:17

摘要 我国高职教育课程改革发展近30年,先后呈现专业本位、能力本位和人格本位的发展趋势,正处在探索并形成特色高职教育新课程模式的关键时期。基于职业素养视角的以人格本位为中心的高职教育课程改革,既是高职院校打造核心竞争力的必然选择,也是学生全面成才的需要,同时也是企业选人用人的基本要求。因此,高职课程改革首先要重视课程改革与开发的方向、理念和机制的有机统一;其次要重构专业课程体系,以促进与职业素养的有机融合;再次要大力整合与开发人文素养课程,倡导突出职业素养和人格培育的灵性教育。 Higher vocational education curriculum reform, having developed nearly 30 years in China, has presented the developing trend of professional standard, competency-based and personality-based, and is in a critical period of exploration and formation of a new characteristic vocational education curriculum model. From the perspective of professional quality, the center of the personality-based vocational education curriculum reform is the inevitable choice of vocational colleges building the core competitiveness, also is the needs of students" overall becoming talents, as well as the basic requirements for enterprises selecting and appointing talents. Thus, higher vocational education curriculum reform should firstly pay attention to the organic unity of direction, ideas and mechanisms of curriculum reform and development; secondly reconstruct curriculum system to facilitate its integration with the professional quality; thirdly vigorously integrate and develop humanities curriculum, advocate spiritual education of outstanding professional quality and personality nurturing.
