摘要
课程考试改革是实现高职教育目标的有效途径。实证研究显示当前忽视学生职业基本素养的考试方法已经成为影响高职教育质量与特色的重要因素。本文提出,职业基本素养是个人全部职业素养的"隐性素养"部分,它决定着个人未来职业的发展,具有内在性与稳定性两大特点。从职业基本素养视角审视高职课程考试,其考虑应遵循体系、方法、标准等三项原则;教师自身职业素养的提高、教学形式与内容的组织及学生的参与是课程考试改革的三条关键路径。
The examination of higher vocational education reform is an effective approach to realize its goals of education. Empirical studies revealed that the neglect of students＇ basic vocational quality test method has an impact on the quality and characteristics of the higher vocational education. In this paper, basic vocational quality is the ＂tacit＂ part of one＇s whole professional quality, which determines the future of one＇s career development and has two major characteristics of internality and stability. Observing the examination of the higher vocational education from the basic vocational quality perspective,it pointed out the three principles of system, methods and standards. Finally, it pointed out that the teachers＇ professional quality, teaching methods and content organizations and students＇ participation are three critical elements in the reform of its future course of the examination.
