摘要
[目的]探讨Pokemon在人卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化方法检测Pokemon在50例卵巢癌组织中的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。[结果]Pokemon在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率为84%,卵巢交界性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为25%,正常卵巢组织中为5%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pokemon过表达与卵巢癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。[结论]Pokemon在卵巢癌组织中高表达,并与卵巢癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关,在卵巢癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
[Purpose] To investigate the expression of Pokemon in ovarian cancer and its significance. [Methods] Expression of Pokemon protein was detected immunohistochemically,and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. [Resuhsl The positive expression rates of Pokemon in ovarian cancer,borderline ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissues were 84% ,25% and 5% respectively,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The expression of Pokemon in ovarian cancer correlated with grade of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage （P〈0.05）,while did not correlate with age （P〉0.05）. [Conclnsionl Pokemon is high expression in ovarian cancer tissue,and it correlates with grade of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage. Pokemon plays an important role in carcinogenesis and progress of ovarian cancer.
