Pokemon基因在原发性肝癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 采用免疫组化PV-9000二步法检测Pokemon蛋白在原发性肝癌(HCC)癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肝组织中的表达情况,分析其表达与HCC临床病理特征的关系。结果Pokemon蛋白在癌组织中的阳性率(54%)明显高于癌旁组织(30%)、正常组织(10%),其表达与肿瘤大小有关(P<0.05)。提示Pokemon基因可促进HCC的发生、发展。
