Pokemon蛋白在肾癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 Pokemon基因被确定为原癌基因，属于POK红系髓性致癌因子家族成员，研究表明在多种实体肿瘤中高表达，而缺乏该基因的细胞对致癌转化不应答。我们选取2009年3月至2011年6月64例肾细胞癌患者标本，检测。肾癌旁组织、肾良性肿瘤组织及肾癌组织中Pokemon的表达，探讨Pokemon表达与。肾癌发病机制及临床病理特征的相关性。
