摘要
简要总结了上海交通大学农业与生物学院在本科研究性实践教学的理念、教学体系的架构及近5年的实施情况。在实践教育体系的顶层设计时,从激发与培养学生对农业科学的兴趣入手。通过创业讲坛、新生研讨课、综合性大学先进的科研平台等,培养学生创新精神,倡导教学与科研相结合,以教学促科研,以研究成果丰富教学内容,鼓励教师将科研成果转化为大学生的实践项目。近5年,学院有20个特色实验项目列入学校教改资助计划,并应用到学生的实验实践中;除学生毕业论文外,教师研究室支撑大学生各类创新项目312个,参与学生人数共670人次。课程体系设计时,通过验证性实验让学生相信科学;通过开放性、综合性实验培养学生的探究精神,目前学院综合性、设计性实验时数占实验总时数的78%。研究认为研究性实践教学是创新人才培养的有效途径。
This article briefly summarized research-oriented practice teaching ideas, construction and implementations of the nearly five years' teaching system at the School of Agriculture and Biology of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). The authors started by arousing and cultivating students' interest in studying agricultural science when considering top-level design of practical teaching system and cultivated students' innovative spirit by launching entrepreneurship pulpit, freshman seminar, and advanced research platform in a comprehensive university surrounding. Furthermore, the authors initiated the teaching methods of putting teaching into research, promoted science research through teaching, enriched teaching contents through research results, and encouraged teachers to transfer research results into practice programs. Up to now, 20 specialized experimental projects have been listed in the educational reform projects of SJTU and applied into students' practical skills as well. Besides thesis projects, teachers' research facilities have supported 312 innovative projects, with 670 students' participation. And meanwhile utilized verified experiments to make students truly believe science when designing curriculum system. By establishing comprehensive and open experiments to develop students' exploring ability, for the moment the class hours of comprehensive experiments and self-designed experiments in the School of Agriculture and Biology account for 78% of all experimental time. It shows that carrying out research-oriented practice teaching is effective for cultivating innovative talents.
