摘要
提出培养拔尖创新人才为主线、理论教学体系与实验教学体系两者并重的理念,介绍了"323实验室建设工程"的内容、措施及取得的成果。进一步指出,实践是育人之本,大学应建成全面育人的基地。
The Interviewee put forward the idea of to take educating tip-top innovation personnel as the principal live, and paying equal attention to l）olh theory teaching system and experiment teaching system, and introduced the eontent, measure, and results obtained of ＂323 Laboratory Construction project＂ . At last ,he pointed out that practice education is the foundafion, hence the university should set up the overall education base.
