摘要
随着高职英语教学发展与改革,"分级治理"理念愈加为英语分级教学所遵循,亦即依据学生对英语教学的要求、兴趣、专业需求、就业导向、社会需求等分层次、分阶段实施教学,按照层次和学生民主测评选用教材、教学方法和教育环境,实施"因材施教式"的职业英语课程,整个英语教育过程采用"滚动式"分班方案、科学的教程规划、丰富的教学资源与合理的教授方法,努力挖掘学生对语言学科的潜力,大胆实践异国语言教学的障碍,使英语课程涵摄职业教学、人文教学、生命教学等理念。
With the development and reform of vocational English teaching, the idea of hierarchical management has been followed in the process of English teaching. Hierarchical teaching in different phases should be implemented on the basis of students'requirements, interest, needs of majors, employment orientation and social needs. Vocational English course in accordance of students'aptitudes should be carried out in light of hierarchy and students'democratic appraisal to select textbook, teaching method and teaching environment. Rolling- type dividing class scheme, scien- tific course planning, abundant teaching resources and reasonable teaching method should be adopted in the whole pro- cedure of English teaching. This paper holds that teachers should try to dig out students" potentials of languages and practice obstacles in the procedure of foreign language teaching. The relevant concepts of vocational teaching, humani- ty teaching and life teaching should be permeated in English course teaching.
