摘要
目的:研究中药材栀子的化学成分。方法:采用薄层色谱、硅胶及凝胶柱色谱法对栀子进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从栀子中分离得到8个化合物,通过波谱数据及理化性质分别鉴定为油酸(1)、十八酸(2)、丁香酸(3)、槲皮素(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、芦丁(7)和京尼平苷(8)。结论:化合物1和2为首次从栀子中分离得到。
Objective ： To study the chemical constituents in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Methods ： The compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph and TLC. The struetures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results ： Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as oleic acid （ 1 ）, octadecanoic acid （ 2 ）, syringic acid （3）, quercetin （4）, β-sitosterol （5）, daucosterol （6）, rutin （7） and geniposide （8）. Conclusion： Compound 1 and 2 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
