摘要
目的:研究广东紫珠茎枝和叶乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、ODS柱及制备HPLC等色谱技术对化合物进行分离纯化,采用NMR等波谱技术对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从广东紫珠茎枝和叶的乙酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了13个化合物,分别为:(+)-erythro-7-O-ethylguaiacylglycerol(1)、2α,3β,19α-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-23,28-二羧酸(2)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、(6S,9R)-长寿花糖苷(4)、松果菊苷(5)、(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-hydroxy-1-(E)-propenyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]propyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)、β-腺苷(8)、葛根素(9)、3′-甲氧基葛根素(10)、5,7-二羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮(11)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(12)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13)。结论:其中,化合物1~4、8~10为首次从紫珠属植物中分离得到,化合物5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from the stalks and leaves of Callicarpa kwangtungensis.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS chromatography columns,preparative HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of NMR and other spectral analysis.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of stalks and leaves of Callicarpa kwangtungensis and identified as(+)-erythro-7-O-ethylguaiacylglycerol(1),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyolean-12-en-23,28-dioic acid(2),2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucoside(3),(6S,9R)-roseoside(4),echinacoside(5),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4-(3-hydroxy-1-(E)-propenyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]propyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),β-adenosine(8),puerarin(9),3′-methoxypuerarin(10),5,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone(11),3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid(12),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 4,8 to 10 are isolated from Callicarpa genus for the first time,compounds 5 and 6 are isolated from Callicarpa kwangtungensis for the first time.
