摘要
目的:研究黔产灰毛浆果楝Cipadessa cinerascens(Pell.)Hand.-Mazz.枝叶的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、HPLC等方法分离化合物,综合运用多种波谱方法和理化性质对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从黔产灰毛浆果楝枝叶乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:2-cyclopenten-1-one,4-hydroxy-2-(16-hydroxy-12E,14E,18E-hexadeceneyl)(1)、十六烷酸(2)、13(R)-羟基-(9Z,11E,15Z)-十八三烯酸(3)、甘油亚麻酸酯(4)、cipatrijugin A(5)、cipatrijugin D(6)、21α-methylmelianodiol(7)、21β-methylmelianodiol(8)、labd-13(E)-ene-8α,15-diol-15-yl acetate(9)、labd-13(E)-ene-8α,15-diol(10)、(11E)-8-hydroxy-14,15-dinor-11-labden-13-one(11)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物3、4、11为首次从该科植物中分离得到,化合物7、8为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2、9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the branches and leaves of Cipadessa cinerascens in Guizhou province.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC and others.The structures were identified through various spectrum methods and physicochemical properties.Results:A total of 11 components were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the branches and leaves of Cipadessa cinerascens and identified as 2-cyclopenten-1-one,4-hydroxy-2-(16-hydroxy-12E,14E,18E-hexadeceneyl)(1),hexadecanoic acid(2),13(R)-hydroxy-octadeca-(9Z,11E,15Z)-trienoic acid(3),1-linolenoyl glycerol(4),cipatrijugin A(5),cipatrijugin D(6),21α-methylmelianodiol(7),21β-methylmelianodiol(8),labd-13(E)-ene-8α,15-diol-15-yl acetate(9),labd-13(E)-ene-8α,15-diol(10),(11E)-8-hydroxy-14,15-dinor-11-labden-13-one(11),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound.Compounds 3,4,11 are isolated from Meliaceae for the first time.Compounds 7,8 are isolated from Cipadessa genus for the first time.Compounds 2,9 are isolated from Cipadessa cinerascens for the first time.
