摘要
目的:对多苞裂萼苔Chiloscyphus polyanthus(L.)Cord乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究,从中寻找生物活性成分.方法:采用柱色谱方法分离化合物,通过渡谱方法确定其结构。结果:从其乙醇提取物中分离得到3个倍半萜类化合物,分别是(+)-桉烷-3-烯-6β,7α-二醇(1)、(+)-桉烷-4-烯-1β,3α,6β-三醇(2)和(+)-桉烷-4(14)-烯-3α,7α,11-三醇(3),还得到尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(4)、二十五烷酸单甘油酯(5)、胡萝卜苷(6).结论:化合物2~5均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
AIM: In order to find out the bioactive compounds from Chiloscyphus polyanthus. METHOD: The chemical constituents were isolated by various column chromatographic methods. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULT: Six compounds were obtained and the structures were identified as ( + )-eudesm-3-ene-6β,7α-diol (1), ( + )- eudesm-4-ene-1β,3α,6β-triol (2), ( + )-eudesm-4( 14)-ene-3α,7α, 11-triol (3), 1-(2-deoxy-β-O-Ribofuranosyl)uracil (4), glycerol-α- pentacosanoate (5), daucosterol (6). CONCLUSION: Compounds 2 - 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
