摘要
针对通信系统方案选优问题属于多输入多输出,且指标量纲不一致的特点,提出了基于带输入"偏好"和引入输出模糊修正的DEA(data envelopment analysis)评估模型。该模型对客观性较强的DEA模型引入对输入"偏好"和引入模糊隶属度对输出进行模糊修正,同时建立通信系统方案评估指标体系,该模型克服了输入和输出指标间的相互制约,使得评选结果不仅具有客观性,同时也体现了决策者的主观性。仿真结果表明该模型是科学、合理的。
In view of the traditional communication system scheme selection methods are difficult to deal with the issue of inconsistent indicators dimension,this paper puts forward the fuzzy modified DEA evaluation model.First,establish a communication system evaluation index system model.Establish DEA evaluation model,meanwhile the introduction of input "preferences" and the introduction of fuzzy membership degree the output fuzzy correction.Finial,simulation results show that the model evaluation result not only have the objectivity assessment of communication system scheme,but also reflect the decision maker's subjective assessment.And simulation results show that the method is feasible and effective.
