摘要
多用户检测技术是第三代移动通信系统码分多址(CDMA)中的一项关键技术。在多用户检测中求解最佳矢量问题可以转化为在遗传算法中求解具有最高适应度函数的问题。文章提出了一种基于遗传退火算法的解相关多用户检测,该算法将模拟退火(SA)引进到遗传算法(GA)中,通过退火来减轻遗传算法的选择压力,利用退火法的爬山性能,改善了遗传算法的性能。仿真表明,该多用户检测器在抗多址干扰以及抗远近效应的能力方面均优于解相关检测器。
The technique of multi-user detection is a key one in the code division multiple-access(CDMA) techniques for the 3rd mobile communication system.It is shown that the problem of minimizing the objective function of the optimal multi-user detector can be translated into finding the individual,which has the high fitness in Genetic Algorithm(GA). A kind of decorrelating multi-user detection based on Genetic Annealing Algorithm is proposed. With the presented algorithm,the performance of GA is improved and the convergence velocity increased as the choice pressure of GA is lightened by annealing and the performance of mountain climbing in the annealing algorithm is very feasible. Numerical simulation results have shown that in the aspects of anti-interference from multiple-access and near-far resistance,the given detector is better than the decorrelating multi-user detector.
