摘要
目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)基因在食管鳞癌的表达,探讨其临床病理意义。方法选自2010年5月—2012年9月在河北省卢龙县医院治疗的90例食管鳞癌患者。同时选取健康检查者50例作为正常对照组,对比2组的MMP-9基因表达水平,并分析年龄、性别、家庭史、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期与MMP-9基因的相关性。结果 56例标本出现MMP-9基因的表达,MMP-9基因阳性表达率为62.2%。食管鳞癌患者血清中MMP-9水平为(271.93±32.43)ng/ml,正常对照组为(201.51±29.47)ng/ml,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=12.710,P<0.05)。通过相关性分析,血清中MMP-9与食管鳞癌患者的淋巴结转移、远处转移、TNM分期存在着相关性,而与年龄、性别、T分期、组织分化程度不相关。不同淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期的MMP-9表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管鳞癌患者的MMP-9表达水平异常升高,MMP-9表达与食管鳞癌患者发病年龄、性别、T分期、组织分化程度无明显关系;但随着淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期的不同,血清中MMP-9表达水平也不同。
[ Objective ] To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） in esophageal squamous carcinoma and ex？plore its clinical pathological significance. [ Methods ] Ninety patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma treated in Lulong hospi？tal during May 2010 to September 2010 were selected. Meanwhile, 50 healthy physical examination people were selected as normal control group. The expression levels of MMP-9 gene were compared between two groups,and the correlation of MMP-9 gene with age, gender, family history, tissue differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM stage were analyzed.[Results] The MMP-9 gene expression occurred in 56 samples, and its positive expression rate was 62.2% . The serum MMP-9 was （271. 93 ＋ 32.43） ng/ml in patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma and （201.51 ＋ 29.47） ng/ml in control group, the difference was statistically significant （t - 12. 710, P 〈0. 05 ）. According to correlation analysis, for the patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma,the serum MMP-9 was correlated with lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and TNM stage,but not with age, gender, T stage and tissue differentiation degree. The differences of expression levels of MMP-9 in different lymph node metas？tasis ,distant metastasis and TNM stage were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The expression level of MMP-9 in patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma rises abnormally,and the expression of MMP-9 is not correlated with age,gender,T stage, tissue differentiation degree. But with different lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and TNM staging, the expression level of MMP-9 in serum is different.
