摘要 基质金属蛋白酶是迄今发现最重要的一种降解细胞外基质的蛋白水解酶,其含量变化与肿瘤侵袭转移关系最为密切。基质金属蛋白酶及其组织抑制剂共同参与细胞外基质的合成与降解,两者之间比例失衡将导致肿瘤的侵袭和转移。子宫内膜癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,研究基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂与子宫内膜癌的关系,对于子宫内膜癌早期诊治、预后评估及其预防均具有重要意义。 Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) is the most important proteolytic enzyme with the function of degrading extracellular matrix, and the changes of its contents are closely related with tumor invasion and metastasis. MMP and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP) are both involved in the synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix. The imbalance between MMP and TIMP will induce tumor invasion and metastasis. Endometrial carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in female. Studies on the relationship between endometrial carcinoma and MMP as well as TIMP will be significant for the early diagnose and treatment, prognosis evaluation and prevention of endometrial carcinoma.
