摘要
基质金属蛋白酶可降解细胞外基质和基底膜 ,在大肠癌肝转移中起关键作用 ,以其作为治疗靶点可有效控制大肠癌的生长和转移。
Matrix metalloproteinases can subdue extracelluar matrix and basement membranes.They may play an important role in large intestine cancer with liver metastasis.Making them as therapeutic target may inhibt growth and metastasis of colorectal cancer.At present,several tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases is being tested in pre-clinic and clinical trial.
