摘要
目的探讨CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白在食管鳞癌发生、发展、浸润和转移过程中的表达、作用及两者相关性。方法采用免疫组化法检测73例食管鳞癌组织和其癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白的表达,探讨两者与食管鳞癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白在73例食管鳞癌组织中呈明显高表达,在正常食管黏膜组织中低表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);食管鳞癌癌组织中CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.397,P<0.05)。结论 CD44v6和MMP-9蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中呈高表达,两者可能共同参与了食管鳞癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移过程。
Objective To investigate the expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in human esophagus squamous cell carcinoma tissues and their matched normal mucosa tissues,then study the relationship between the expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 and the tumor of invasion and metastasis.Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 were detected by immunohistochemistrical method in 73 cases of human esophagus squamous cell carcinoma and matched normal mucosa tissues.Results Compared with the normal esophageal mucosa,the expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 were significantly over-expressed in human esophagus squamous cell carcinoma tissues(P〈0.05).The difference of the expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in human esophagus squamous cell carcinoma of different histological types,different infiltrative depth and lymph node metastasis was significant(P〈0.05).Significantly positive correlation was found between the expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9(r=0.397,P〈0.05).Conclusion The protein of CD44v6 and MMP-9 might play an important role in the progression of the malignant transformation,invasion and metastasis of human esophagus squamous cell carcinoma,and they might serve as predicting factors for this disease.
