摘要
目的优选丹参脂溶性及水溶性成分最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交设计,以丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B为测定指标,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量,并以二者含量为综合指标,加权评分,优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:6倍量70%乙醇,提取3次,每次2.5 h。结论优选的提取工艺合理、可行。
Objective To optimize an integration technique for extracting the liposoluble and water-soluble components of Salvia.Methods Salvianolic acid B and Tanshinone Ⅱ A were selected as marker components and determined by HPLC to optimize the integration extract process of Salvia by orthogonal test.Results The best extraction process was that,Salvia was added with 6 times alcohol of 70% and extracted 2.5 hours for 3 times.Conclusion This extraction method can be employed to reduce time,working and be suitable for the morden production.
