摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定市售八批丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,Inertsill ODS-SP(4.6×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(75:25),检测波长:270 nm,流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:丹参酮ⅡA在(1.43~68.35)μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=6)。丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量普遍偏低,只有山东饮片中的两个批次含量较高。结论:考察分析丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量,可为临床使用提供依据。
Objective: To investigate the content variety of tanshinone II A in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge in current market. Methods: HPLC was adopted with Inertsill ODS-SP (4.6×150mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (75:25) with a flow of 1.0ml/min at 270nm. Results: The tanshinone Ⅱ A showed good linear relationship in range of 1.43-68.35 μg/ml, r=0.9999 (n=6). In general,the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge is comparatively low. The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in drug of Danshen from Shandong is highest. Conclusions: This paper measures and analyzes the content of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Salvia miltiohiza Bunge, which will provide a reference for clinical use of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.
