摘要
设计一种奶乳制品含菌量实时检测系统,该系统基于细菌代谢过程和基质氧化还原机理,由将色素还原法应用于生物电池而设计制作的电化学传感器、电源板和以TMS320LF2407A作为主控芯片的DSP系统组成。通过检测系统对牛奶含菌量进行检测并与传统平板培养法相比较,结果表明:该系统能有效检测奶乳制品中的微生物含量,操作简单,测量速度快,具有较高的稳定性和可靠性,检测时间为10 min.该系统还可用来对被测对象中细菌的滋生情况进行实时监测。
The paper designed a real-time detection system for bacterial content in milk which based on the bacterial metabolic processes and stroma redox mechanism. The system consisted electrochemical sensors designed through the pigment reduction meth- od was applied to biologic battery, power board and the DSP system in which the TMS320LF2407A chip as main control chip. Com- pared the system and the conventional operation (plate cultivating methods)to the same milk sample,the result show that the system can efficiently detect bacteria content and it has more convenience on operation ,fast measurement speed ,and stability and reliability, the detection time is 10 min. The system can also be used for real-time monitoring of the germ breeding in the measured object.
