摘要
南水北调中线干线工程在建设过程中，因基础处理、膨胀土换填、高填方渠道提高安全度等导致大量变更的发生，变更对投资及进度等建设目标产生了重要影响，现以南水北调某单项工程11个设计单元工程为对象，定性定量分析工程变更对投资及进度的影响，明确了影响因素，并对工程变更对投资及进度的影响的相关性进行分析，在明确工程变更影响因素的基础上，提出了工程变更管理建议。
In the construction of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project, because of foundation treatment of expansive soil Re- placement projects, High filled channel to improve the safety degree resulting in the generation of a large number of changes. Changes have a ma- jor impact to the investment objectives and the Schedule, In this paper,a single project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project 11 design unit project as the object, qualitative and quantitative analysis of engineering change impact on investment and the progress, the influencing fac- tors, and the correlation of changes impact on investment and the schedule are analyzed, based on changes influence factors, put forward the en- gineering change management recommendations.
