随着我国工程量清单的推行,工程变更价款确定的争议越来越多。根据工程的实际情况,结合施工合同示范文本,对于工程变更价款的确定给出比较详细的规定显得越来越重要。文章在此基础上,结合实际,对于变更价款的确定做了一些探讨。
