摘要
通过对现行的合同示范文本及计价规范中关于工程变更价款条款的分析,提出变更工程综合单价的组成,在此基础上,归纳出合同中已有适用于变更工程的单价、合同中只有类似于变更工程的单价、合同中没有类似于变更工程的单价这三种情况下工程变更价款计算的方法。
The paper puts forward composition of project alternation＇s composite unit price, according to analysis about engineering alternation terms on the demonstration or contract. It induces the calculation methods of changing payment, which for those having unit price applied to alternated project, only similar unit price to alternated project, without relevent unit price in contract.
