摘要
为合理确定水利工程合同变更中的项目及费用,介绍了工程变更的定义、产生的种类、范围和内容,运用对比合同条款的方法分析了变更细目确定及工程量计算要点,通过工程实例研究了变更项目适用合同单价及不平衡报价、材料价差、工程增量调价处理情况,对变更项目类似合同单价和不适用合同单价提出了解决方法,取得了实践经验,可供同类工程借鉴。
