摘要
工程变更是工程施工过程中普遍而重要的工作内容之一,它直接关系业主对工程的质量、进度、造价的控制及施工管理的成败。本文从业主管理角度对工程变更的处理要求、原则、程序、审查、价款的确定作了讨论。
The project change is one of the universal and important work contents in the project construction process. It relates directly to the control of quality,schedule and cost from the owner,and decides the success of construction management.This paper discussed change request,principle,procedure,examination and cost determination of project from the view of owner management for helping the owner s construction management personnel.
