摘要
针对目前科间会诊中存在的会诊不及时、会诊指征掌握不严、会诊质量较低等问题,采取细化会诊管理制度、优化会诊工作流程、建立会诊质量考评机制等改进措施,使会诊及时率从原来的64.7%提高到96.43%,会诊满意度达到99.95%。会诊质量的提高,有效加强了学科间的合作和学科间的交叉互动,减少了医疗资源浪费,增加了医患信任、医疗服务质量和医疗管理水平。
Aiming at undue consultation, unstrict application and inferior quality of consultation, the au- thor established particular management system, optimized consultation procedure, built up quality assessment mechanisms. The rate of due consultation increased from 64.7% to 96.43%, and the degree of satisfaction achieved 99.95% through the above measures. Cooperation and communication among subjects are intensified ef- fectively by continuous consolidation and improvement of consultation system, which could reduce the consumption of medical resources, boost up the intimacy between patients and doctors, keep away dissensions, and escalate medical service quality.
