To improve consultation quality between departments is of important practical significance in promoting medical safety, guaranteeing medical quality and prefecting the overall competitiveness of a hospital. By analyzing the prob lems in consultation quality between departments and their reasons, the authors put forward the improved measures for con sultation quality between departments and they expect to consolidate and improve the system and measures for consultation so as to improve medical service and medical management.
