摘要
根据某三甲医院2006~2011年科间会诊情况,对会诊流程进行缺陷分析,针对关键环节,提出了质量改进措施,设计会诊电子流程,强化了重点科室管理,加强了科级质控力度,有效地促进了会诊质量提升。
According to the situation of inter - departments consultation in a three level hospital between 2006 and 2011, we analyzed the defect of inter - departments consultation flow, put forward the feasible measures on key process to improve the medi- cal quality. The optimized electronic flow of inter - departments consultation was designed, management of key departments and quality control at the department level was strengthen to promote the quality of inter - departments consultation effectively.
