摘要
目的:了解院内科间会诊的实施现状,研究有效提升科间会诊完成及时性、积极性和有效性的措施。方法:依据六西格玛管理中的DMAIC(界定-测量-分析-改进-控制)五步模型,回顾性分析科间会诊的完成情况。质量改进措施"OA网上电子会诊"试行后,对试行前后的数据作对照比较分析。结果:χ2检验结果显示,试行科室"科间普通会诊48小时内完成率"的上升,以及"会诊单填写缺项率"的降低均具有统计学意义。结论:实行"OA网上电子会诊"可以有效缩短会诊等待时间、提高会诊申请单的填写质量,同时加强医务部对会诊工作的动态监管。
Objectives: To understand the status quo of inter-sectors consultation and explore measures for improving the timeliness, effectiveness and initiative of inter-sectors consultation. Methods: Based on DMAIC five-step process in six sigma management, inter-sectors consultations were reviewed. The data were compared before and after the implication of OA e-consuhation for quality promotion. Results: According to χ^2 test, the completion rate (within 48 hours) was significantly higher than before and the imperfect application form filling rate was lower than before. Conclusions: OA e-consuhation could effectively shorten waiting time, improve form filling quality and strengthen consultation dynamic surveillance.
