摘要
子宫腺肌病是妇科常见的具有恶性肿瘤行为的良性病,目前其发病机制仍不明确。近年来有研究表明,膜联蛋白A2及波形蛋白在多种肿瘤细胞中呈现高表达状态。最近又发现两者在子宫腺肌病中表达异常,均与上皮-间质细胞转化相关。因此,初步探讨两者与子宫腺肌病发生、发展的关系,对临床治疗具有重大意义。
Adenomyosis is a benign tumor with malignant tumor behavior in gynaecology, and its path- ogenesis is still not clear at present. In recent years, studies have shown high expression of annexin A2 and vimentin in a variety of tumor cells. Recently the abnormal expression of them was found in adenomyosis, which were both associated with epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Therefore, the preliminary discussion on correlation between the two and the development of adenomyosis is of great significance for clinical treatment and will bring a broad prospect of the drug treatment.
