摘要 一氧化氮(NO)是重要的细胞间信号转导分子,参与体内各种生理、病理过程。一氧化氮合酶是合成体内一氧化氮的关键酶,其中内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)是重要的关键酶之一。eNOS是由eNOS基因翻译、转录而来。近年来,eNOS基因多态性研究成为分子生物学和基因组学的重要热点,该文就eNOS基因多态性与体内NO水平的关系予以综述。 Nitric oxide( NO), participates in lots of physiological and pathological progress in vivo. NO is synthased by NO synthases. Endothelial NO synthase(eNOS) is the most important one,which is transcripted from the eNOS gene. In recent years ,the study of eNOS gene polymorphisms has been popular in molecular biology and genomics, and here is to make a review of the relationship between the eNOS gene polymorphisms and the level of NO in vivo.
