中小学教师绩效评估的可行路径探析 被引量:3

摘要 实施教师绩效评估制度是促进教师专业发展、提高教学质量的重要手段之一。然而,现行的中小学教师绩效评估制度中存在着评估内容窄化、评估主体片面、评估结果模糊等缺陷。完善中小学教师绩效评估需设置多元化评估内容;保证教师的深度参与;建立发展性评估模式;实施360度反馈制度。以期进一步提升我国教师绩效评估的实效性。
