摘要
血小板输注是现代输血医学常用的治疗措施之一,但时常会伴随输血相关不良反应的发生。研究发现,血小板不仅可参与止血及血栓形成,在免疫和炎症反应等过程中也起着重要的作用。最近多项研究证实血小板促进免疫和炎症主要通过CD40配体(CD40 ligand,CD40L)和CD40之间的相互作用,其中血小板源性CD40L是参与引起血小板输血相关不良反应发生的重要炎症介质之一。本文就CD40L在血小板输血相关不良反应中的作用及其最新研究进展做一综述。
Platelet transfusions are commonly used treatments in modern transfusion medicine and occasionally lead to adverse reactions. In addition to their important functions in hemostasis and thrombosis,platelets' role in immunity and inflammation has become more evident. Recently,increasing evidence supports a key role of the interaction between CD40 ligand (CD40L) and CD40 in the pathogenesis of adverse transfusion reactions. In particular,CD40L as a platelet derived mediator appears to be a key factor promoting inflammatory processes. In this review, we will briefly summarize recent researches and developments on the role of CD40L in platelet transfusion reactions.
