摘要
目的研究分析产科出血并发症的原因以及使用不同成分输血治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月~2018年6月本院产科发生出血并发症的输血患者60例作为研究对象。对其开展回顾性分析,探讨产科出血并发症的原因,分析治疗效果。结果全体患者中治愈率为83.33%,治疗有效率为98.33%,死亡率为1.67%。结论临床上针对产科出血患者实施成分输血措施在抢救患者生命时起到重大的作用,具有较高的价值。
Objective To study and analyze the causes of obstetric hemorrhage complications and the clinical effects of different treatment of blood component transfusion. Methods Sixty patients with blood transfusion who had hemorrhage complications in the obstetrics department of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. A retrospective analysis was carried out to explore the causes of obstetric hemorrhage complications and to analyze the curative effects. Results The cure rate of all patients was 83.33%, the effective rate of treatment was 98.33% and the mortality rate was 1.67%. Conclusion In clinical practice, blood component transfusion for patients with obstetric hemorrhage plays an important role in saving patients’ lives and it has relatively high value.
