摘要 急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)是由于弥漫性肺泡-毛细血管膜损伤导致的以非心源性肺水肿和炎症为病理特征的急性呼吸衰竭,ARDS是ALI的严重阶段。不同肺损伤的实验动物模型已经被用来研究肺损伤的机制。这些动物模型大多数根据已知的ALI的危险因子复制的,例如脓毒血症、继发于骨折的脂肪栓塞、吸入酸性物质、肺或末端血管床的缺血-再灌注以及其他的临床危险因素,但所有这些模型都不可能完全充分复制人类肺损伤的特征。文中旨在概括现有动物模型的优、缺点,讨论目前ALI的几种主要模型,为研究者们在ALI的动物研究的设计提供帮助。 Acute lung injury (ALl) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) are acute respiratory failure due to acute diffusion damage to the membrane of alveolar and capillaries with the pathological features of the noneardiae pulmonary edema and in- flammation. The serious stage of ALl is ARDS. Different animal models of lung injury have been used to study the mechanism of lung in- jury. These animal models are based on ALl risk factors that already known, for example, sepsis, the fat embolism secondary to frac- ture, inhaled acidity material, ischemia-reperfusion of lung or capillary bed and other clinical risk factors, but all these models do not completely clone human lung injury features. The goal of this review is to generalize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing animal models, and then discuss several kinds of main animal models of acute lung injury. This review will provide help for researchers in research design of animal models of ALI.
